Alan Ingram, JD, MSW, LISW
Executive Director
Alan served an externship in a settlement house in Minneapolis, MN in pursuit of a social studies secondary education degree at the University of Minnesota. He was accepted into graduate school at the University of MN-Duluth campus, where the School of Social Development was a unique macro-practice social work program that focused on "planned social change to bring about a closer fit between special programs and human need." Within three months of receiving his MSW, Alan applied to Hamline University School of Law, graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Shortly after being admitted to the Minnesota Bar, he was hired as the Executive Director of NASW-MN, where he has served the professional social work community for over 30 years. 651-293-1935

Rachel Konzem
Office/Program Manager
Rachel comes to NASW-MN from a non-profit homeless drop-in center position where she held a data entry position. She has previously worked with the homeless and other non-profit organizations. Rachel is a co-leader of a Girl Scout troop and very active in her church community.

Lynn Bauer, LSW
Newsletter and Website Coordinator
NASW-MN is very pleased to welcome Lynn Bauer, former Office/Program Manager, back to NASW-MN!! Lynn will be managing the website and newsletter, and we look forward to having her capable presence back on board!

Tracy Crudo, MSW, LGSW
MN-PACE Coordinator
Tracy is the Assistant Director of the CASCW Program, housed in the School of Social Work at the University of MN. In this capacity, she advises IV-E students and works on other projects through the Center. Her previous positions include Public Policy Analyst and Collaborative Services Coordinator at Chisago County Health & Human Services, Case Manager at the White Bear Lake Community Counseling Center, and a counselor at Salvation Army's Booth Brown House (a shelter for adolescents).
Tracy graduated with her MSW in Community Practice from the University of MN School of Social Work in 2005. She received her BSW from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Her professional interests include public policy and advocacy, public budgeting and tax policy, and adolescents in the child welfare system. Tracy is also a member of the SPAN Committee.
