Newsbytes
Newsbytes is the official newsletter for the MN Chapter of NASW. Effective with the Spring 2007 edition, Newsbytes became an online newsletter. Newsbytes is published quarterly: Winter (Jan/Feb), Spring (April/May), Summer (June/July), and Fall (Sept/Oct), and is delivered via e-mail to all NASW-MN members. Circulation is around 2200 (as of 1/10).

Advertising in Newsbytes
All advertising is currently online. If you are interested in advertising with NASW-MN, you are welcome to post an online ad at any time, on either our Classifieds or Jobs pages (click on links here or above). Note: all job-related ads must be placed on the Jobs page; all other ads are appropriate for the Classifieds. Why?
Because Newsbytes is published online, we need your current e-mail address. If you are not sure which e-mail address we have on file for you, please send an inquiry to: lynn@naswmn.org. Note: if you have not received an e-mail from NASW-MN recently (approximately monthly), we do not have your correct e-mail address. Also, if you use earthlink.net as your e-mail provider, please make sure to whitelist all e-mail addresses with the prefix naswmn.org; otherwise, your mail will not be delivered.
How to update your e-mail address
All changes to your member profile must be done through NASW-National; this is because we receive an updated member database from the National office on a monthly basis. To contact them, please visit their online Member Center at www.socialworkers.org to update your information. If you have trouble online or need assistance with your username or password, please call National's Customer Service line at 1-800-742-4089.
No e-mail? Need a print copy? No problem!
We understand that not all of members have e-mail or internet access. Although free e-mail accounts are readily available online (Yahoo, Hotmail or gmail, etc.), we do make a limited number of each Newbytes edition available in print format. If you would like to request a printed version of Newsbytes, please call the NASW-MN office: 651-293-1935, or toll-free at 1-888-293-NASW (6279).
