License Exam Review Course (LERC)
LERC is an interactive course that builds confidence in helping you pass the Social Work licensure exam. The course is designed for all levels of licensure, providing a one-day training for the BSW-level exam (LSW), and a two-day training for master's-level exams (LGSW, LISW, and LICSW).

- Sharpen test taking skills
- Review the knowledge base of Social Work concepts and theories

The Licensing Examination Review Course is in its 13th year. All instructors are social workers drawn from NASW-MN and MSCSW membership (Minnesota Society for Clinical Social Work). Most instructors are in clinical practice, with some also teaching at area schools of social work.
